question 9
hi guys, i was wondering how to calculate Delta Q for question 9?
I tried sqrt((Deltam/m)^2 + (DeltadeltaT/deltaT)^2) Q total
and where m is for the water
then i tried it without the mass in the equation
i'm still confused on this question

hi hi- Guest
never mind!
that's so weird it works now o.o
i neglected the mass part of the equation above and it worked fine, my number was like 41.14 so if anyone gets a similar answer to that, you're on the right track

question 6
I don't have my manual on me but if thats the question where it asks for DeltadeltaT value (Tf-Ti) and then the absolute value of that, you use the formula
sqrt((deltaTi)^2+(deltaTf)^2) i believe...so its sqrt ((.5)^2 + (.5)^2) and i think i remember getting something like .7071 so that is probably the same value for everyone.
