Ok, since one electron few has been subtracted, we need to take our delta m and subtract
.000549u (mass electron) then use deltaE = (deltam) 931.5

delta m mass e-
ex. ( .003498 - .000549 ) 931.5 = 2.74MeV

negative because rest energy of neutrino IS zero. not moving.

That is Deltam, which you are given in the question itself.
