Regarding Detal K for Question #13
Hi,
Isn't Delta K supposed to be (Slope MaxSlope Min)/2 ?
I got like 10000 (which may sound too big) that doesn't seem to work for the answer (gotta be less than 10% of K, I guess)
can someone tell me if my experiment had problem or is there other way to calculate Delta K?

I am having a problem with quesiton number 9, and I don't think that the post that give the answer is for the right question...

The solution posted already for question 14 IS correct, however they just forgot a parentheses at the end
So, the answer should be
g*sqrt((Deltamu/mu)^2+(Deltak/k)^2)
at least that is what worked for me

for the error of k, I found K, max slope, and the min slope then averaged the 3 numbers to find k average.
then used [sqrt((kk_average)^2+(maxk_average)^2+(mink_average)^2)]/(n*(n1) for n(n1) was 3(2)=6
this is what I used I'm not sure if its right but maybe it helps

Don't you need an error in frequency for DeltaK for 7? There is no table for that value however...so what do we use to find the max and min slope?

did ne1 figure out number 10.. im really having a hard time figuring it out. i have subtracted velocitys from both parts by the error of both part but its not working.. what am i doing wrong
