Hey guys I'd like to start a new trend of creating a separate post to discuss questions rather than just providing answers.

I'm curious as to why this equation doesnt work.
Total energy=Rest energy + Kinetic energy
Total energy =M0*c^2 +1/2(M0*v^2)
where M0= rest mass
