s = (D*lambda)/b

b = (D*lambda)/s

rel error = sqrt(((DeltaD/D)^2)+((Deltas/s)^2))

What is the zero measurement of the micrometer? -.01 mm
What is the measurement for the hair? .08 mm

What is the diameter of the hair? ______
I don't know the answer to this part yet

Estimate the error in the measurement of the hair. .01 mm

just adding on to Kathleen, to get the diameter, it's .08 + 0.1

so answer is .09 mm

-10 um
80.0 um
diameter 0.08 mm
error 0.01 mm
these are posted in the order in which they were asked.
